This privacy policy governs your use of the mobile application BitMine: BTC Cloud Mining ("Application"), created by our development team. The Application is a cloud mining management and simulation platform designed to allow users to participate in cloud mining activities securely and transparently.

When you register and use the Application, we may collect the following categories of information:

• Personal Information: Full name, email address, and phone number when you sign in via Google Sign-In or fill out registration/support profiles.
• Payout Wallet Information: Your public wallet addresses (such as TRC20 or Bitcoin network addresses) that you explicitly provide to receive payouts.
• Device and Usage Information: Device model, OS version, unique device identifiers, IP address, and application performance metrics (logs) gathered via Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics.

2. How We Use the Information

We use the collected information for the following business purposes:

• To operate and maintain your mining account, including hashrate multipliers and coin balances.
• To verify and process transaction payout requests to your provided wallet address.
• To serve promotional advertisements (such as Google AdMob banner, interstitial, rewarded, and app open ads) to sustain free platform services.
• To send transactional and marketing notifications via OneSignal push notification services.
• To monitor app performance, fix crashes, and perform software optimizations.

3. Third-Party Services & Ad Serving

The Application integrates with third-party service providers that collect and process data in accordance with their own privacy policies. These services include:

• Google Play Services: Used for core Android capabilities.
• Google Firebase: Used for Analytics, Crashlytics, and Remote Configurations.
• Google AdMob: Used to display banner, interstitial, rewarded, and app open advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers, advertising IDs, and cookies to customize ads. EU/UK users can manage advertising preferences via the UMP Consent Form.
• OneSignal: Used to deliver push notifications and coordinate alerts regarding your mining sessions.

4. Data Retention and Account Deletion Policy

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. In compliance with Google Play Store policies, we provide users with full control over their data:

• Account Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated personal data directly from the Application by going to Settings -> Delete Account.
• Manual Deletion Request: If you cannot access the application, you can request account deletion by emailing our support address listed below. Upon request, we will delete all your records, including account balance, wallet history, and profile data, within 7 business days.

5. Security

We value your trust in providing us your personal information and use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

6. Children's Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13 (or under 18 in EEA/UK jurisdictions subject to GDPR). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal info, we immediately delete this from our servers.
