Welcome to BitMine: BTC Cloud Mining ("Application"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use this Application.

1. Description of Service

The Application is a cloud mining management dashboard and simulation utility. It does not perform actual cryptographic calculations or mining processes using your local device's hardware, CPU, GPU, or battery. Instead, it serves as a portal to coordinate remote cloud server nodes and record simulated mining milestones/rewards.

2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to use the Application on your mobile device strictly for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

3. User Account and Security

To use the Application, you must authenticate using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Prohibited User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors. Violation of these rules may lead to immediate account termination, forfeiture of all mining rewards, and permanent ban:

• Creating multiple fake accounts to exploit the referral bonus system.
• Using emulators, bots, macros, scripts, or automated tools to simulate sliding the mining activation button or watching promotional ads.
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass the application's network requests or database API.
• Manipulating or exploiting bugs in the hashrate multipliers or coin balance systems.

5. Mining Rewards and Withdrawals

Mining earnings and payouts within the Application are governed by the following rules:

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum threshold to request a payout is 0.00001 BTC.
• Accuracy of Address: Payouts are made directly to the TRC20 or Bitcoin network wallet address you specify. It is your sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the address. Transactions sent to incorrect addresses are irreversible and cannot be refunded.
• Processing Time: Payout requests are verified by our audit team and generally processed within 24 to 72 business hours. Delays may occur due to blockchain network congestion or verification audits.

6. Market Volatility and Disclaimers

Cryptocurrency market values are highly volatile. We do not guarantee any fixed cash payouts, profits, or future values of the coins mined. The simulated rate of return, mining difficulty factor, and ad-rewards are subject to change without prior notice based on platform feasibility and market conditions.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developers or operators of BitMine be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Application, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Account Deletion and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without warning, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests. You may voluntarily delete your account at any time via Settings -> Delete Account in the Application.
